established Pittsburgh-based Attorney Vicki Kuftic Horne as a seasoned

Attorney Vicki Kuftic Horne has argued successfully before the PA
Supreme and Superior Courts, PA Commonwealth Court and the US Court of
Appeals for the 3rd and 11th Circuits. She is admitted to practice before the US
Supreme Court, US District Court for the Western District of PA and all PA
Courts. She has represented clients before a variety of administrative agen-
cies including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA, formerly
NASD).
Attorney Vicki Kuftic Horne is an invited mem-
ber of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny
County and the Allegheny County Bar
Foundation. Vicki is a former Hearing Com-
mittee member of the Disciplinary Board of the
PA Supreme Court and has served as a lecturer
for the PA Bar Institute. She is an active member
of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the
Women’s Bar Association of Western PA and the
Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association
(PIABA).
